Healthcare for Stort Valley & Villages PCN
There are five GP practices in Stort Valley and Villages PCN, covering the areas of Much Hadham, Sawbridgeworth and Bishop’s Stortford. They provide care for a population of around 66,000, which continues to grow.
Stort Valley Healthcare works closely with local services such as hospitals, community teams and GP services on a number of projects to improve the health and wellbeing of the population.
